Mental Health Therapy

A space to understand yourself more deeply

Neuro-affirming, sensitive and intuitive therapy guided with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

My Philosophy

I believe wisdom and healing potential exist within every individual, often obscured by trauma, stress, and the burdens we carry through life.

Through greater awareness, self-understanding, and compassion, therapy can help you reconnect with your authentic self and reclaim your inner experience as a source of insight rather than conflict. As what no longer serves you begins to loosen, your own clarity, resilience, and unique intelligence can flourish.

Who I Work With

I work with teens and adults who identify as women or LGBTQ+, as well as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, gifted, and deeply feeling individuals. My work focuses on trauma, stress, anxiety, relational struggles, identity exploration, and the emotional complexity of living with depth and sensitivity.

Although these experiences shape much of my practice, therapy is ultimately a space for any thoughtful person seeking greater understanding, authenticity, and meaningful change.

My Approach

❋ Every nervous system has its own patterns, sensitivities, strengths, and ways of relating to the world. Understanding yourself more deeply is often where healing begins.

❋ I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your inner experience. Together, we will explore the patterns underlying anxiety, stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or relational struggles – helping you better understand your nervous system and cultivate greater sensory and emotional safety in daily life.

❋ Often, the patterns we carry point toward deeper wounds that need care and attention. Drawing from mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients develop gentle awareness of their inner world while building nervous system capacity for meaningful and last change.

❋ Over time, therapy becomes more than symptom management. The skills of self-awareness, emotional navigation, nervous system understanding, and compassionate reflection become lasting foundations for greater clarity, resilience, authenticity, and freedom.
