About Mary
Therapist, Writer, Mindfulness Teacher
Supporting Individuals in creating lives of greater authenticity, embodiment, and freedom.
Healing Begins With Awareness
Awareness is subtle yet powerful – a way of relating to experience with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. Through bringing gentle attention to both the joys and sorrows of life, we begin to understand ourselves more deeply and make meaning of what it means to be human.
In a world that moves quickly and asks much of us, authentic wellbeing emerges through understanding our minds and bodies, cultivating greater self-awareness, and creating lives rooted in freedom, connection, and intention.

My Path
In my late teens, searching for greater understanding and peace in a world that often felt confusing and overwhelming, I turned to meditation. What began as a personal practice became a lifelong path of healing, self-discovery, and inquiry into the human mind.
For the past seventeen years, I have studied and practiced both mindfulness and psychology, using these disciplines to deepen my understanding of trauma, healing, and my own neurodivergence.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many individuals and families. Through therapy and evaluations, I’ve created a practice that reflects my deep respect for uniqueness, sensitivity, and difference – grounded in the belief that all minds belong.
I am a mother, a learner, a writer, and a lifelong student of what it means to be human.
Outside the Office
I’ve always been a creative and imaginative person, drawn to understanding the deeper layers of human experience and the world around me. Outside of work, you can find me writing, curled up with a good book, or exploring the beautiful Montana mountains – enjoying simple pleasures with people I love.
