Mindfulness for Diverse Nervous Systems
Mindfulness practices rooted in compassion, nervous-system awareness, and neurodivergent understanding.
Mindfulness Is…
A way of relating, not a way of performing
An exploration of what is here, right now
A practice of compassion and curiosity
A path toward greater freedom and ease
Meditation is for all people and all types of nervous systems.
My Philosophy
Mindfulness is not a one-size-fits all practice. Awareness has many entry points, shaped by the diversity of human nervous systems and ways of relating to the world.
I believe contemplative practice becomes more accessible and transformative when we first understand how our minds and bodies naturally function. Through a framework of neurotype domains, I help people discover mindfulness practices aligned with their unique patterns of attention, sensitivity, and experience.

Mindfulness & Neurodivergence
Traditional mindfulness often assumes that silence, stillness, and sustained attention work equally well for everyone. For many neurodivergent individuals, these expectations can create disconnection rather than deeper awareness.
I believe mindfulness is ultimately about authenticity and understanding your inner experience. Different nervous systems need different approaches, and there are many valid pathways into awareness.
My work adapts contemplative practices to support diverse patterns of attention, sensitivity, and emotional processing – helping individuals cultivate greater clarity, freedom, and authentic connection with themselves.
